KWC at Racehall to field Pantano among top drivers

Pantano says particularly excited about the Kart World Championship at Racehall, scheduled on 21-26^th July. “I can’t wait for that date. When I was asked to take part in this fantastic event, I accepted at once because I thought to myself ‘this must be awesome’. 

I’m still incredibly passionate about karting, it’s my first love, and from time to time I manage to go to kart tracks with my good friend Dino Chiesa to do some laps.”

When asked about what convinced him to participate in the KWC, Giorgio said "the project just sounds great! It will be my first time racing this type of events, I don’t know the track, or the equipment, but I’m sure it will be great, because many passionate people – just like me – will be involved. I will team up with three very good drivers like Brandon Maisano, Benjamin Bailly and Jean-Philippe Guignet, and more will be there to fight for the win.”

It’s been a while since the last time you raced go-karts. Will we see you more often at kart tracks after the Kart World Championship? “I hope so. I’m quite busy with my new experience in the GT Open, but hopefully I will find more time to enjoy karting. For now, I can’t wait to enjoy the Kart World Championship at Racehall.”
