Another international success for CRG Group last weekend on 2nd October: on the renovated British circuit "PF International", Tom Joyner won the British KF2 championship with the LH chassis by Lewis Hamilton produced by CRG.
Onthe British track of Brandon - near Nottingham - which was inaugurated for this occasion with a new and spectacular hairpin bend, a bridge and a underpass, the single round of the British KF2 Championship of Karting took place.

Tom Joyner was the leading actor throughout the weekend: on his LH chassis, assisted by the "AMT Racing Services" team and by the official technician of the manufacturer Euan Jeffery, Tom managed to be the fastest  in the time trials, doing better than his competitor led by Macleod, Sutton, Litchfield and Chamberlain.
Then Joyner won the second of the three qualifying heats, finishing with a third and fourth place in the other two heats.  In the final he had some troubles before managing to get the leadership. After taking the lead, anyway, he was able to achieve a terrific win with a great final sprint. He arrived ahead of David Sutton, while, with a wider gap, Mark Litchfield finished third.

Also on this occasion the competitiveness of the LH chassis was winning, showing once again all the racing qualities of the chassis manufactured by CRG Group with the collaboration of the F1 champion Lewis Hamilton.

Thanks to this excellent result Tom Joyner confirms to be one among the most interesting young talents of international karting. Tom, 19 years from Braintree in Essex - near London - had already made himself conspicuous winning the European KF2championship right on the "PF International" circuit and with his ninth place in the final of the European KF2 championship of Zuera, besidesbeing among the major protagonists of the KF2 World Cup of Sarno, where - unfortunately - he missed the chance for a good performance because of an crash in the pre-final.
