The CIK World Championship hosted by Genk Circuit was, according to all involved, by far the best CIK event ever organized. 2,400 visitors on Saturday, twice as many on Sunday, over 300 VIP present, 430 volunteers, over 70 representatives of national and international media, TV and Radio, thousands of posters and leaflets distributed over the weeks preceding the event, are just a hint of the considerable effort circuit owners Paul and Koen Lemmens and event organizer Boy Pijls made for such unprecedented success.
