FIA announces 2020 calendar, Spain is back!

During the World Motorsport Council in Cologne, the FIA announces the 2020 FIA Karting Calendar.

On the occasion of the World Motor Sport Council, Jean Todt and Felipe Massa set the next FIA Karting season, officializing dates and locations for 2020. Among the big news is the return of Spain on the calendar and, as already mentioned yesterday Friday, October 4, confirmation of the OK and OKJ World Championship in Biringui (Brazil).

Below the 2020 OK and OKJ calendar.

FIA Karting European Championship - OK / OKJ
April 16-19 - Spain - Zuera
May 14-17 - Italy - Sarno
May 28-31 - Germany - Wackersdorf
July 9-12 - Sweden -Kristianstad

FIA Karting World Championship - OK / OKJ
October 29 - November 1 - Brazil - Birigui

As for the KZ / KZ2 and Academy classes, Lonato and Genk return to the Continental calendar, while Le Mans will host the next World Championship.

April 30 - May 3 - Italy -Lonato
June 18-21 - Belgium - Genk

FIA Karting World Championship - KZ / KZ2
September 10-13 - France -Le Mans
