With the new season upon us, all the lineups are gradually being revealed or confirmed. The BirelArt KSW team unveils its 2019 squadron.
Important names in the KSW "Red Army" starting with Jonathan Thonon as KZ standard bearer. The Belgian veteran, after Genk, is ready to return to the top of the premier class. Also many the names of KZ2, followed by three drivers for OK and one for Junior.
Following are the words of KSW Racing and the list of drivers.
«We will take part in all the international competitions starting from Wintercup, WSK, Trofeo Margutti, German Championship (DKM), European and World Championship.
Riccardo Longhi will start the German championship with us. As regards Thonon, for now he will be present at all CIK FIA races; for other possible races we will see with him.
The expectations for 2019 are very high. Thanks to Jonathan we have one of the best drivers in the world in the KZ class in our team; obviously we want to do well also in KZ2. We have many young talents with great potential to win. Pieruszek, Fritsch and Kindervater were already in the top 20 in their first 2018 World Cup. As for OK, we can count on a new top driver like the Pole, David Liwinski.
The 2019 objective is certainly to fight for victory at the national and international levels but not only that. We will also focus on our young talents; they could be a big surprise. Thanks to Daniele Leone, one of the best "data man", with the experience of my team manager Stefan Haak and the best mechanic, we are ready to do very well for 2019».
