Ciak ready to go international in winter The trophy organized by the Italian circuit in Ottobiano extends its program by including two events of two day each that will take place in October and November, open to international drivers, jointly with the Julie Tonelli Foundation.
The first edition of the International Winter Ciak will be held on 19 - 20th October and 30th November - 1st December. The format will be the same of the championship that already takes place on the Italian circuit, with the difference that it will be open also to foreign drivers.

A vast array of categories, including 60 Mini, 60 Baby, KF3, TaG, SuperTaG, KZ Under35, KZ Over35 (split between 175kg and 190kg) will be available. Race program will be divided as follows: free practice and qualifying on Saturday morning, qualifying heats on Saturday afternoon, warm-up, 2nd chance heats, Race 1 and 2 on Sunday.
The track will also be available of Friday for free practice. Entry lists do not provide a maximum number of drivers, and it is possible to enter the event up until Friday before the race. Entry fee is 169 euro, including two days of track time and two finals.
Prizes include equipment (chassis, engines, etc.) for a total amount of 40,000 euro.
On a final note, the event is raced in memory of Julie Tonelli, the French kart driver involved in a fatal accident few years ago, jointly with the Julie Tonelli Foundation, which helps needy children.
