The day has been even hotter than Friday, and saw the conclusion of the heat session in both KF and KFJ categories.
A total of 10 heats (2 on Friday) have been disputed in KF. Barnicoat is superb conquering four out of four wins, while Verstappen and Convers two, Basz, Nielsen and Russo one each.
So, Barnicoat will be sided by Stroll in Prefinal A, while Convers will be joined by Nielsen in Prefinal B front row.
In Junior, as many as 15 heats (3 on Friday) were necessary to establish Sunday’s prefinals starting positions. The young British talent Lando Norris proved he’s seriously aiming at the title with a whopping five out of five heat wins to start from the front row. Next to him in Prefinal A front row will be Beckmann, while Belgian driver Raspatelli, with 3 wins, one 2nd and one 6th place to his credit will be joined on Prefinal B front row by Russian driver Mazepin.
To note the impressive supremacy of OTK material in this European Championship opening round.
